  • Do you accept animals?

    No, the accommodations are not suitable for pets.

  • Which is the check-in time?

    Check-in time 3:00pm- 8:00pm
    Self check-in is always available from 3:00pm.

    Check-out within 10:00am

  • Is cleaning service provided during the stay?

    No, cleaning is not provided during your stay.

  • Are apartments sanitized?

    Our apartments are cleaned and disinfected following the highest standards and with the products recommended by the Italian Ministry of Health.

  • Is there any assistance?

    Yes, you can text us via WhatsApp or call us at the indicated mobile number.
    We are always available.

  • Whats shall I do when I check-out?

    You will receive all the necessary information the day before your departure and will find all the information in the manual in the apartment.

  • Are there any rules?

    It will be our pleasure to welcome you, to take care of all you night need during you stay.
    Please follow these few rules to ensure next guests
    to receive the same hospitality

    You are invited to leave the apartment in good condition, with dishes washed and waste removed (please read on the booklet)

    • Please do not smoke in the apartment.
    • Please do not make noise after 10.00 pm.
      Remember that the neighbors are not on vacation
    • Please do not bring home strangers or third parties.
    • Please use the products that we leave at your disposal with care.
    • We take care of our planet, and we ask you to do the same. Please save energy and water!

  • How can I book more apartments for a group?

    You can reserve the single apartments, or you can email us for a personal advice: info@floapartments.com

  • What appliances will I find in my apartment?

    All our apartments equipped with: hair dryer, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
    In some you can find also the dryer.

  • Are the apartments equipped with safes?

    Some apartments have a safe available.

  • Are the apartments equipped with linen and towels?

    Yes, all apartments are equipped with linens and towels.

  • Are there cleaning products in the apartment?

    Yes, you’ll find essential cleaning products in the apartments.

  • Is internet available?

    Yes, all our apartments have internet.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, parking is available near the apartments.
    In some of them parking is included.

  • What times do I have access to the swimming pool?

    Where there is a swimming pool, it can be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Is it possible to add an extra bed in the rooms?

    A baby cot can be added on request in some apartments.

  • What are the power sockets like?

    The power sockets in our facilities are Italian standard.

  • Is tap water safe to drink?

    Yes it is, almost everywhere.

  • Payment methods

    We accept credit cards

  • Is there any extra fee to pay?

    Yes, Tourism city tax is to be paid accordion to the Municipalities’ rules.

  • Cancellation policy

    Before finalizing your reservation, you can choose two different rates, Standard or Non Rfeundable.

    STANDARD
    The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arriva
    The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
    If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
    Reservation amendments, within 7 days before your arrival date, must be accepted and might be subject to price change.

    Non Refundable
    Payment will be charged at the reservation.
    The rate is Not Refundable

    Cancellations or changes to the dates of stay are not possible.

     

    STANDARD VILLE
    The guest can cancel free of charge until 10 days before arrival.
    The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 10 days before arrival.
    If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
    Reservation amendments, within 7 days before your arrival date, must be accepted and might be subject to price change.

  • Will I be charged at the reservation?

    Just if you chose the Non Refundable rate.

  • How much is the final cleaning fee?

    The final cleaning fee depends on the apartment, but it is shown when you finalize your reservation.

     

  • Is the daily rate including Tourism city tax?

    No, it is not, because it is different , depending on the Municipality, on the age of guests and on the period. It be stated in our confirmation email.
