Yes, parking is available near the apartments.
In some of them parking is included.Where there is a swimming pool, it can be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
A baby cot can be added on request in some apartments.
The power sockets in our facilities are Italian standard.

Yes, Tourism city tax is to be paid accordion to the Municipalities’ rules.
Before finalizing your reservation, you can choose two different rates, Standard or Non Rfeundable.
STANDARD
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arriva
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Reservation amendments, within 7 days before your arrival date, must be accepted and might be subject to price change.Non Refundable
Payment will be charged at the reservation.
The rate is Not RefundableCancellations or changes to the dates of stay are not possible.

The final cleaning fee depends on the apartment, but it is shown when you finalize your reservation.
No, it is not, because it is different , depending on the Municipality, on the age of guests and on the period. It be stated in our confirmation email.
